This apartment is the perfect property for families and couples looking to relax, explore and visit the local towns. Located 10 minutes drive from Woolcambe, 20 minutes from Croyde, 30 minutes from Saunton Sands and Lynton.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: A tranquil, Scandi-inspired retreat with locally crafted furniture and artwork, en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, and two pull-out singles for children. Wake up to views of the harbour and sea.

Second Bedroom: A fun hideaway for children or young adults, with a king-size bed, TV, and Xbox.

Between both bedrooms, the penthouse comfortably sleeps up to four adults and two children.

En-suite: Private bathroom connected to the master bedroom with spacious rain shower, toilet and basin with large mirror.

Family Bathroom: Spacious and luxurious featuring a statement double ended roll-top bath, toilet and basin with large mirror.

Outdoor Space

Parking: One allocated car parking space is available, additional cars must park on street or in public car parks. Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle or property.

The Penthouse is set in historic Ilfracombe, a vibrant seaside town filled with traditional pubs, hip cafés, art galleries, and the famous harbour—all just a short walk away. Beyond the town, you’re perfectly placed to explore some of North Devon’s most iconic beaches:

10 minutes to Woolacombe: Award-winning beach is famous for its golden sands, rolling surf, and lively seaside atmosphere. Popular with families, walkers, and surfers alike.

20 minutes to Croyde: A surfers’ paradise with a charming village atmosphere, independent shops, and lively pubs.

30 minutes to Lynton: Dramatic cliffside village is linked by a historic cliff railway to Lynmouth below, offering stunning views of Exmoor’s rugged coastline.

30 minutes to Saunton Sands: Three miles of sweeping sandy beach backed by Braunton Burrows, the UK’s largest dune system, perfect for long walks and quieter escapes.
